Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all registrations for SURGICAL DOJO — TOKYO. By completing your application and payment, you agree to the terms below. All refunds are processed to the original payment method; any transfer or processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted.

1. Cancellation by the participant

Within 1 month of your application (payment)	50% refund
After 1 month	No refund

2. Transfer to a future edition

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future edition of SURGICAL DOJO — TOKYO (for example, the following year) by paying a 20% transfer fee of the tuition, instead of cancelling. Transfer requests are subject to seat availability in the future edition.

3. Six months before the course

Once the course is less than 6 months away (on or after 10 November 2026), no date changes or transfers can be accepted for any reason. The cancellation terms in Section 1 continue to apply within their stated periods.

4. Cancellation by the organizers

If the course is cancelled by the organizers (including cases of force majeure that make the course impossible to hold), registered participants will receive a full refund of the tuition. The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by participants.
